Join us for the ultimate French Chef dining experience!
Classically trained chef, Yves Quemerais, is visiting the Cafe in the Park to spoil us with a fabulous evening of fine dining. We will offer wines from Yorkshire Vintners that are expertly chosen to complement each dish.

Starters
  • Salmon and dill mosaic, avocado, cucumber pickles, langoustine mayonnaise
  • Wild duck and pistachio pâté en croute, green tomato chutney, mixed leaves
  • Jerusalem artichoke and truffle velouté, poached egg, burrata espuma (v)
Main Courses
  • Monkfish fillet with saffron, broccoli croquette, baby vegetables, shellfish cream
  • Duck breast with fresh grape, Ana potatoes, baby vegetables, Sauternes sauce
  • Wild mushroom, confit endive, and onion vol-au-vent, wild garlic pesto (v)
Desserts
  • La mandarine: mandarine liqueur mousse, kumquat marmelade, orange coulis
  • Dark chocolate sphere filled with elderflower mousse and caramelised pecan, warm caramel sauce
